With the entry into force of the German Packaging Act (VerpackG), the take-back and environmentally sound recycling of packaging is now regulated by law. As a responsible chemical distributor, the CVH Group is rising to this challenge with a comprehensive, sustainable packaging management system.
A responsible cycle
In line with our corporate guidelines and our commitment to the Responsible Care initiative, we focus on sustainable, environmentally friendly solutions throughout the entire supply chain. Our industrial reusable packaging is designed as hire or returnable containers. After use, they are returned in accordance with hazardous goods regulations, cleaned and put back into circulation.
As an active member of the chemical trade’s deposit scheme, we thus make an active contribution to waste prevention and promote reuse, recycling and proper disposal.
Well-designed packaging systems for greater safety
Responsible business practices are also a key priority when selecting our packaging. Health and safety, resource conservation and durability are central criteria in this regard. We offer our customers tailor-made packaging solutions to meet a variety of requirements:
- Conductive IBCs: Ideal for the safe handling of solvents.
- Food-grade: Special containers for the hygienically safe transport of foodstuffs and luxury foods.
- No bottom spout: Where not strictly necessary, we avoid spouts at the bottom of the container to prevent accidental leakage.
- Stainless steel containers: Extremely robust, durable and with excellent equipotential bonding properties.
- VARIBOX® FC: Compact, safe and compliant with regulations thanks to a double-walled construction with an integrated drip tray in accordance with the Water Resources Act (WHG).
Innovative sampling systems – For maximum health and safety at work
To ensure the safe handling of hazardous substances, we rely on closed dispensing systems such as CDS or QuickConnect. These prevent direct contact with hazardous substances and offer the highest level of protection for your staff. Bespoke systems also ensure optimal emptying of residual product and reduce product loss to a minimum.

On request, we can handle the blending and packaging of your products according to your individual recipes and specifications. Our focus is on quality, traceability and process reliability.
We also offer private labelling. We fill your products, label them according to your specifications and deliver them in the desired design. This allows you to present your brand professionally without having to maintain your own production or filling facilities.
